“I recently took my Lexus ES 350 to Lexus Of Birmingham who told me I need a new Water pump and a couple other things. Charge was gonna be almost $2000. I called Jack at Express Oil and he said he would be glad to look at it. I have been working with Jack for over 25 years. He met me as I drove up with one of his best mechanics and told me he would check it out and let me know. Turns out all I needed was a gas cap to the tune of $75. It’s hard to find someone you trust these days and I trust Jack at Express Oil 100%. “I had a very pleasant experience, fast service, and fair pricing! They give you a break down of everything that is wrong with your car & group it to what needs immediate attention & what can wait. I really like that the mechanics take pictures of your car so you can see what is wrong when they find another problem that you did not know about/originally address. I definitely will be back. Ashley is really really really great & very sweet. They fixed my Audi when I had no idea what was going on with it, but they investigated into my concerns about my truck & found the source of the problem. Anyone that has a European car should come here. They don’t charge an arm and 2 legs like some places do. I will definitely be coming back ??????”
