“I payed 1000+$for a new water pump and while working on it they busted the seal on my oil pan and tried telling me it was water from the ac n then told me it was antifreeze (definitely wasn't) then charged me 200+$for a solenoid and they are the only one I've ever paid to work on my car last time I had them work on my car while working on it they broke my radiator n charged me to fix it after 10 years I'm tired of it I'm 69 years old they should be ashamed luckily I've been doing wardrobe and make up at fox 6 for 40 years so I'm not totally broke but luckily we have cameras we put up around the car b4 returning it so maybe we can see what's really going on behind the scenes”

“Thankful for the guys at Express Oil! Jacob made my errands super easy today! I was in and out & thanks to ladies day (Tuesday) I even got $20 off my oil change. The staff is always so kind, friendly, and they are always happy to see my dog riding in the back seat. 😭❤ I switched from the Express Oil that’s by Hamburger Heaven on 280 because this one is much faster and the wait times are way quicker. Thank you so much guys!”

“I recently took my Lexus ES 350 to Lexus Of Birmingham who told me I need a new Water pump and a couple other things. Charge was gonna be almost $2000. I called Jack at Express Oil and he said he would be glad to look at it. I have been working with Jack for over 25 years. He met me as I drove up with one of his best mechanics and told me he would check it out and let me know. Turns out all I needed was a gas cap to the tune of $75. It’s hard to find someone you trust these days and I trust Jack at Express Oil 100%. If you have any mechanical needs on your car Or SUV, Do not hesitate to take it to Express Oil on Highway 280 and see Jack.”

“I had a really great experience with Green Garage. My Volkswagen was having several computer issues and some other relatively minor issues, and I’d heard good things about Green Garage, so I gave them a call. My car is running perfectly now, so they did all of that work well, but what stood out to me most was the service. The lobby was clean, cool (it was really hot outside) and welcoming. Everyone I met was friendly and not at all condescending. Having car trouble is never a fun experience, but they made it as comfortable as possible. I also love that they were very clear about the repairs, and they communicated them really clearly. I signed up for text messages, so they texted and emailed me my quote with a clear explanation of what was going on, and I could sign right there and approve the work. I have a lot of meetings during the day, and it’s tough to get out of them to take a phone call, so this was super convenient, and it meant I was able to approve the work and they could get started on it even when I didn’t have time to talk. They had most of the work done same-day and I could’ve taken my car home at the end of the day. I ended up asking for something else, so they had it one more day, but it was still extremely quick. I know how hard it is to find a mechanic that you can trust, who’s friendly and competent and doesn’t make you feel stupid, and I’m really thankful that I’ve found one in Green Garage.”

“Needed an oil change, team was super quick, especially MJ, he communicated everything they were working on. He noticed a brake light being out, confirmed the fix with me, and proceeded to swap it out. Light has been out for 5 years, so a bit overdue. I was in an out in 30 min. Thanks, MJ and Express Oil!”

“We were on vacation when we started having mechanical problems with our vehicle on the interstate. We got a recommendation from friends saying that Crane Fast Lube was the best around. I will now recommend this company also. They were half the price of another big franchise company quote and explained in detail what we needed to get our car back on the road. Thank you again for making our vacation plans still possible with a small detour!”

“This shop has done all the maintenance on my cars for 25 years. Since Rob'e Mans took over the business, I've dealt mostly with Ashley Bryars and she has always tried to go the extra mile to see that I'm taken care of. She provides a thorough explanation of the work to be done and an estimate of the cost. Rob'e Mans is not the least expensive shop, but as I've gotten older, I've come to realize that cheaper is not always the best option.”
