“Schae was so helpful and so sweet!!!!!! We were panicking trying to get a package out same day and she spent extra time helping us with a smile 🥹
The package ended up being late and the Fedex agents via the 800 number were no help and lied about delivery. However, Cari from the Irondale location is helping me and I am so grateful!!! Corporations are terrible, but the local Fedex in Irondale has been nothing but wonderful. I do NOT recommend the agents on the 1-800 number. They are not helpful at all.”
