“April was a wonderful sales associate. I came into the store to cancel my service. I met April and she fixed everything in to time. I have been in the store with problems with my phone. I have been told we can't do that on several occasions. I feel your employees use that as an excuse not to me. You need more trained employees like April.”

“My phone broke. The home button won’t work. I stopped by yesterday and talked to Regan. She told me they don’t repair phones there but she was able to go to settings and put a dot on the screen that I can use to open the phone and go to apps. She is always very helpful.”
