“The is store is so goated (Greatest of All Time). Matt was my sales rep, he was absolutely phenomenal, when I think AT&T sales rep, I think Matt. He knows every single facet of how to treat and educate a new customer, I am so happy with my experience that I will be referring every single individual in my community to Jacksonville AT&T. Verizon and T-Mobile in comparison are like ants to a cosmic entity. Andrew was also extremely nice and helpful as well! I’ll be back!”

“My phone broke. The home button won’t work. I stopped by yesterday and talked to Regan. She told me they don’t repair phones there but she was able to go to settings and put a dot on the screen that I can use to open the phone and go to apps. She is always very helpful.”

“I was really nervous about getting a new phone and signing a contract. I had used Straight Talk for years. Alecia Averitte was very kind, informative and patient. Even some of the other ladies helped with my questions. They were not pushy or over aggressive. I recommend this Jacksonville, AL location.”
