“My phone broke. The home button won’t work. I stopped by yesterday and talked to Regan. She told me they don’t repair phones there but she was able to go to settings and put a dot on the screen that I can use to open the phone and go to apps. She is always very helpful.”
“Customer service at this location has been great, even though T-Mobile overall was not so good. Despite coverage maps, ads about great service area, best 5G blah blah blah, not so much. Plus, they-mobile customer service has absolutely no way to talk with you about an account once service is canceled because their service model only allows them to verify your identity through an active T-mobile device, so you have to go to a store and work through the service phone-tree from there. Really dumb approach to (former) customer management.
Again, this local location was great through multiple visits and different employees, my issue is with T-mobile overall.”

He knows every single facet of how to treat and educate a new customer, I am so happy with my experience that I will be referring every single individual in my community to Jacksonville AT&T.
