I love the fact that they have a tanning bed in the facility and you get a key to use the gym whenever is convenient for you!”

“Such a great experience from the warm greet at the door with smiling faces. The gym is beautifully maintained with paper towels & sani bottles always stocked. Someone is always walking around saying hello, wiping down machines, putting weights in their proper place. It’s such a welcoming environment that’s helped my on my fitness journey. The new management has definitely made a positive impact on this gym.”

It’s simple no nonsense weight training and I love all the old equipment It’s like working out in a time machine. no noise, no unwanted music and they seem to attract the best people that are knowledgeable fitness type people that especially know a lot about nutrition and health.”
