“I typically NEVER review places on here but today I just had to.I Was looking for a new gym and decided to give this one a shot. I have pretty severe gym anxiety so I was automatically worried walking in but the lady who greeted me was beyond welcoming! Lovely small talk and kept checking in with me to make sure I didn’t need any help. Then she invited me to do a class with her and around 6 others. 30 minutes class, very intense (for me at least?) but she was very patient, and showed me how to work the different machines. I cannot wait for tomorrow. Talk about a welcoming and wonderful place. Highly recommend”
