“I had an express package that was at 7 days with no update on tracking. My mailman gave me the phone number for Toccara and said that she would fix everything. I was skeptical, but I texted her and the next day she found my package and had it ready for me to pick it up! She was super helpful and singlehandedly restored my faith in the postal service! THANK YOU TOCCARA!!!”
“Usually I go in during afternoons, and the experience isn't the greatest. But this week, I went in first thing in the morning and I found ALL of the employees to be polite, helpful, and pleasant. They were trying to assist me with a problem, and ultimately couldn't get me an answer, but Rod in particular was such a pleasure to work with -- he was concerned for my privacy (encouraged me to write down, rather than state out loud, certain information that he needed to research my issue), and just generally came across as a good guy. A carrier happened to be in line behind me, and he greeted me right away, offered to supplement any assistance that I got at the counter. It was hard to believe it was the same post office, honestly!”
