“I was very impressed with this American Eagle location. I was immediately greeted by a staff member when I arrived, was checked on twice as I browsed, had immediate help getting a dressing room (which they were sanitizing after each use), and then had such a pleasant check out experience (not a long wait and engaging team member working the register). I was there maybe 10-15 minutes and in that time 5 team members interacted with me in some way, but never felt overbearing. I was able to purchase two shirts I love on sale which was great! I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).”

“Typically not a j crew girl but i enjoyed my recent visit. They had some really cute pieces and great deals in store. The staff was pleasant and very helpful at checkout. I will definitely add this J. Crew as one of my fav outlet locations!!! Happy shopping experience!”

“I went in looking for some big and tall sizes, unfortunately at this location they didn’t have any. However the gentleman working told me about some online stuff that had been returned and that he could sell me those if I wanted. After a couple minutes he came out with 7 choices, and I bought 6 of them lol. Great to see that custom service still exists.”

“You can't ask for a better staff than in this store. JT, Ricky, Kenny, Sagittarian, Cheri, Jada and Sandy have gone out of their way and bent over backwards to help me style myself, locate items, search stock in the back and put sets together for me to consider. I always leave smiling and usually with more than I went in for! The store is clean, perfectly faced and organized! That makes it so easy to shop!”

“My brother and his family sent my family gifts for Christmas. I have never been inside an Eddie Bauer store before. Not sure if it’s this store or all stores but they do not give store credit. I had a gift receipt but had to browse the store for other merchandise to do an exchange. The women’s side goes up to 2XL but their clothes don’t fit me correctly. Most of the 2XL sizes are extremely short in the arms and torso. Most of their shirts/sweatshirts remind me of cropped shirts which is not a flattering look for me. The store itself is really clean and organized. The employees are friendly too.”

“Arzel and NuWear are the same chain. These stores offer a more upscale line of fashion for your urban male fashion. I find it hard to attain clothe that fit my style but these two stores carry from a basic to a flashy style on dress. Today I purchased vests and pants. They carry the thin leg to the wider leg pants. I found what I needed with no alteration needed. This is one of my go to places when I want new clothes”

“I would like to consider Rue 21 the classier more grown up version of forever 21. I am not sure if that is what they were going for, but that is what it seems like to me. Rue 21 is a clothing store much like others alike. However it does not only sell Women's attire but also mens as well. I have recent felt as though I have outgrown the look of forever 21 clothing. Not sure what it is about it, but nothing in the store appeals to me anymore. It might be as I am now 4 years older than 21, but I'm not sure. While walking around the Shoppes at Grand River this past weekend, a friend and I decided on coming into rue 21. I had not much luck finding clothing at other stores that were cute, matched my style and affordable. Luckily I felt like I hit the jackpot when I came into rue 21. They had cute and stylish clothing with very reasonable price tags. The sales section was on fire with amazing sales too. I winded up picking up about 6 items and only spending $37. I was not complaining. I have found it harder and harder these days to find clothing that checks all of my boxes, that's why the majority of my clothing is found at thrift stores. I love shopping at thrift stores as you get a great selection of all types of clothing and pieces that you won't be seeing anyone else in. But if we are looking at buying clothing at a regular store that is not a thrift store, I am thinking I'm going to be doing some more shopping at rue 21.”

“I didnt and up buying anything because the clothes here can be a bit expensive, but everything here looked very nice and pretty good quality. The store was very clean and stocked, and everything looked nice! The employees were also very nice and helped me set up my rewards. I liked walking around and seeing the store, if you're wanting some nice trendy clothes, this is definitely the place.”

“Nice clean store with clean dressing rooms, wide variety of clothing to choose from arranged by styles and colors. A lot of the racks where high up so shorter people had a hard time reaching them and finding the sizes needed. Clearance racks were posted as 9.99 and up and of course I found a 20.99 shirt to buy. Prices were sort of higher than I expected for an outlet store. Cashier was friendly and efficient.”
