“First of all, I wanna start out by saying Jake in the automotive department who has been there 10 years according to his name tag, was phenomenal. He helped me in a very dire situation and was able to quickly identify the problem and solve it for me, a problem that I have been trying to figure out cannot recommend using Jake for oil change’s more than the five star review.”

“Thankful for the guys at Express Oil! Jacob made my errands super easy today! I was in and out & thanks to ladies day (Tuesday) I even got $20 off my oil change. The staff is always so kind, friendly, and they are always happy to see my dog riding in the back seat. 😭❤ I switched from the Express Oil that’s by Hamburger Heaven on 280 because this one is much faster and the wait times are way quicker. Thank you so much guys!”
“I recently took my Lexus ES 350 to Lexus Of Birmingham who told me I need a new Water pump and a couple other things. Charge was gonna be almost $2000. I called Jack at Express Oil and he said he would be glad to look at it. I have been working with Jack for over 25 years. He met me as I drove up with one of his best mechanics and told me he would check it out and let me know. Turns out all I needed was a gas cap to the tune of $75. It’s hard to find someone you trust these days and I trust Jack at Express Oil 100%. If you have any mechanical needs on your car Or SUV, Do not hesitate to take it to Express Oil on Highway 280 and see Jack.”

“Great work, great price! Took my car in on Monday for new rotors, brakes and tires. Serviced the engine and had it back by Wednesday morning. (I was on vacation so time wasn’t a problem.) They called and kept me updated throughout, they were very professional and courteous. I have been to several places with different vehicles over the past few years and something always goes wrong. It is comforting to finally have somewhere to go that offers peace of mind.”

“Today I went there to get two tire changed. What happened is , my appointment was at 8 AM but I went there at seven 7 AM As I has HVaC guy coming early at my home, thinking they would not be busy and by luck They were not busy at all but the guy Kenneth was the person who was taking care of service, took one and a half hours. I couldn’t reach home in time. The guys has time to smoke but no enough time to complete job in time.”
