“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at this AutoZone location was excellent.
I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful service I received at the Leeds store. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who helped me so I could mention it here, but she truly went above and beyond.
I needed to replace a catalytic converter under warranty. I first visited the Center Point location, but due to a computer issue, they weren’t able to process the warranty. I had to take an Uber all the way to Leeds, and even there, the same system issue was happening.
However, the lady at the Leeds store didn’t give up. She took the time to help me, accepted the defective part, provided me with the new replacement part, and took down my phone number so she could enter the warranty into the system once their computers were working again.
I’m very grateful for her kindness and dedication, especially since the previous store couldn’t assist me. I hope she sees this review and knows how much I appreciate her help. She was a lady with long hair, and she truly made a difficult day much easier for me.

“Can't believe it, there is a Walmart auto care place that is good!! Right here in Leeds! Not only was the service fast and friendly. they actually smiled.. Recently bought a set of tires online and had them shipped to store for install.. Ive done this before at other locations and it was nothing short of a nightmare EVERY time. I expected the same this trip but nope, they had my tires on and ready in about 40 mins!!! Great job!”
