“The workers are always super polite and very helpful. My issue with this place and also the sheffield location are the Atm machines. They used to be AWFUL and would constantly reject the card, then the new ones are just as bad. It's very annoying having to leave the atm lane and drive back around the building to get assistance from the clerks. When it shouldn't be something they should be bothered to do anyway, you're creating extra work on your workers. Some new atm machines would make your customers and your workers very happy.”

“We evacuated during Irma from Brunswick, GA. The hotel we stayed in double charged us. We went to the Cox Pkwy Branch and if it had not been for their kindness and willingness to help us, and trust me this was a time consuming preocess, we would not have made it.The hotel had our account in a mess. We were tired, limited on funds, had no idea if our home was still standing etc. This staff felt like family. When Brian completed the process and i got in my car, i set there and cried. I thanked God for those employees that comforted us and was truly concerned about us and went that extra step for us. God bless that staff. “We had switched over to this credit union because the one we went to wasn't customer oriented. However, every TVA Credit Union location I've been to has had a very friendly staff, are open on Saturdays and they are fast so waiting in line doesn't take long. If I could i would rate this 10/10.
