“STELLAR!Good old fashioned place that wants your business, works for it, and gives you many reasons to come back.I was on my way to Express Oil or Techway to get my A/C Evac&Charge on a used car I bought that was blowing warm air. They had a giant sign saying they do the service(r1234a) for much cheaper than anyone in the area, so I banged a right. I was greeted by friendly staff who were happy and willing to take my keys and fix my issue. I drive by here a lot, they never look too busy and have a good amount of bays to handle customers.The price I paid was a fantastic deal and the gentleman at the counter assured me if I have any issues with AC they will remedy it for me at no further cost. They inspected it for leaks and said it was good. Its great to have the piece of mind.I'll look to them for future automotive needs.”

“Another service center told me I needed new tires today due to a road hazard but was unable to complete the tire work due to a service issue. This gave me the opportunity to call my usual service center, Jim Whaleys.They picked up and delivered my vehicle with a smile. When I got the bill it was zero dollars. It turns out I just needed air not new tires as the other center had told me.Talk about building trust with a customer! I was totally prepared to buy tires!I will never take my car anywhere else! “Top notch service!I had a dead battery issue, and Donley's was recommended to me by Advanced Auto.As soon as I pulled into Donley's Auto, the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She wrote up a ticket for the replacement battery, and within 15-20 minutes, my battery had been replaced, which wasn't an easy feat as replacing my battery is akin to breaking into Ft. Knox. NOTE: This incident occurred around 2 pm. on the Friday before Christmas, and these good folks were working hard. They dropped what they were doing to help me out! Amazing service with a friendly, neighborly attitude means so much, and is not often the case these days.I would highly recommend Donley's, and I will certainly use them for my automotive needs in the future.”
