“Okay so there’s still good hearted people out there! A big thanks to AL Thompson Builders supply and Jean We ran a call for a lift assist and we had a hard time locating the address because no mailbox numbers. May not seem like a big deal but if it was a life saving emergency those min wasted looking for an address could be detrimental! As we leave my partner said stop at the hardware store I’m gonna get mailbox numbers so it’ll be easier to locate next time, so we stop and we ask where the numbers are located and the guy hands us the exact mailbox numbers to the address! He said he had seen us trying to find the residence and has seen other ems crews do the same! So he gave us the numbers and jean put numbers on the mailbox! Y’all it’s the small things that matter! She didn’t have to stop and he didn’t have to care! But I’m glad these to went above and beyond the everyday things and did this! Next time ems wont have to drive past the address they’ll kno where exactly to go! Another reason I love working with jean is because she will do small simple things to make sure the pt gets the care they need!”
