“A few years back, my wife, 2 year old, and I were on our way back to Texas from Pensacola. My drive belt snapped just past buccees. We punched in the closest O’reily’s and made it to this location. I told the staff what was going on, got the belt, they lended a hand and were very accommodating for any tool I needed. Unbelievably polite and professional. Obviously I hope something like that doesn’t happen again but if it does, I hope it’s near their location because I know they’ll help out.
A little late on the review but I tell people all the time the kindness that this location and staff displayed. I hope it’s the same staff and they’re treated well.”
