“Troy makes things happen. Does everything on time and works with our crazy schedule. When we need something done fast, he does it even if he is busy with other things. Bedliners are done the right way and there is nothing to complain about!”

“After using another large tire (sweat)company in baldwin county for years and always feeling its a burden to bring your business. Its nice to have professional staff help and appreciate your business. I would recommend them to family and friends”
“Replaced a tire, they are always professional and customer friendly

Friendy. Will always buy here. Thank you for quick service”
“Had a blowout on my rental tow dolly crossing over into Florida from Alabama..The guy who drove out to replace tire did a outstanding job and also fixed the wiring that was ripped apart when tire blew.I highly recommend these folks!!”
“Been using them for 20 yrs. Great family business and very popular with my friends.
No attempts at selling you what you don't need.
Honest and trustworthy ?”
“I rented a car for a long drive from Austin TX to West Palm Beach and back. Stopped in Robertsdale to visit an old friend. My lower exhaust heat shield had been dragging so I pulled it off the night before. It came off so easily that it made me think that someone tampered with it along my trip.
I had called a shop the night before and asked about the repair and was quoted about $45 for labor. While visiting Robertsdale, I made a two calls. The manager at Pepboys said to come in and he would take a look.
John greeted me when I walked in. He was busy with a customer and said he would be right with me. He asked for the key and pulled it into the bay. About 15 minutes later, he handed me back my key and said you're all set.
I was a little shocked! This was by far the best treatment I have ever experienced at a repair shop. There was no charge for the repair.
I am sure that it was not just the small town vibes but this shop has to be the most efficient, honest, trustworthy auto repair company in the whole country.
Thanks John... You made my day, my week, my month and my year! Did I mention it was a rental?”

“Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had. Excellent service, large waiting room (includes tv, children's area, water, and coffee). The quote was clearly explained and the prices are fair. Highly recommend.”
“The prices are generally pretty good..It's a good day when the price written on the shelf and the item actually rings up at the same price..Today, not so..I didnt have time to bother going to customer service..Every time I drive up there I get screwed out of $3 to $6”
“Had a flat tire on my way back from Orange Beach and stopped in to get assistance. Staff and service was Outstanding!! Great help and courteous! Got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend! Thank you!”

“I needed a new set of tires. Junior had them ordered and ready to work on my truck the next morning. John was a pleasure to work with the next morning when I showed up for the tires to be mounted. They were quick, efficient and polite. Great experience!”
