“I had trouble with a tire I had purchased in Atlanta at Goodyear and came to the Spanish Fort Goodyear Service Center for help. Nancy was excellent—professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable. She scheduled an appointment and checked my tire for safety and told me the most convenient time to come back so I didn’t have to wait while traveling. When I returned, she had the tire thoroughly evaluated and found it would not need replacing. My tire was fine and safe for travel. Nancy explained what was involved and all I needed to know—she could easily have charged me for a new tire and sent me on my way, but instead went to the extra effort to help me for no charge. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Nancy and this Goodyear service center for excellent and honest care.”
“This place is the BEST! Even before I became a paying customer, they would always help me air up my son's front tire, which constantly seemed to be low despite showing no signs of damage. They never tried to upsell me or pressure me into buying anything, they even tested the tire for leaks multiple times at no charge.
That level of honesty and customer service earned my business, and we've been going to them ever since for all of our vehicle maintenance and tire needs. They are courteous, reasonably priced, and incredibly fast. It's hard to find businesses that truly put their customers first, and this one absolutely does. Highly recommend!”

“I took my van there last week for oil change but had a couple other concerns. They did an inspection and it was found to have an oil leak. They gave me a quote and communicated well with me during the repair. When I went to pick it up they were honest and only had one leak to repair and the overall job saved me just over $1000 than what I was orginally quoted. “They tried so hard to achieve good service. Prices are fair as a full synthetic oil change and an alignment with all the extra fees was almost $240.00 with a coupon for a $99.95 alignment. I had a special request to have them clean the brake dust off my red brake calipers and they do a nice job doing it for an extra $20.00 for doing that. Front end staff is so friendly and the coffee was really good. Bathroom was clean as well.
The truck pulled to the left so I to drive right back there and they could not get to look at it an to the next morning, I came back the next morning and waited two hours in their waiting room for it to be corrected.
When I picked up my Lincoln there were black boot marks on my floor matt and on my interior car door. The front end staff needs to check the vehicle before it is given back to the customer so this doesn't happen in the future.”

“This is not your average Pep Boys! If something is wrong with your car, then they will fix it. And if you need your car towed here for any reason, then they are open 7 days a week. If you don’t have issues with your car, then they will let you leave the lot without charging you a penny. These guys are absolute class!”
