“This place had the most awesome people!!! They REALLY went out of there way to help me. I had problems getting to the place. GPS took me around and around, took me so much out of way!!! But not too far from my destination but it wouldn't have took long for me to loose my place all together. I called and Carl was helping me. He also went outside and going towards the road so that I could see him if I was in the correct place, which I was not!!! Jamie helped me to be able to get to M&S Tire. It was not as difficult as google had it to be. Anyways if I can help out Google with the location I'm gonna try.Timothy was the one to check the car. Being it wasn't my car, they had no problem whatsoever with me waiting to get in touch with my sister. I'm sitting here waiting on her as I write this review. All the people I worked with and talked to were AMAZING!!! I normally don't give a 5 star rating, because there is always room for improvement. I rated M&S Tire a 5 star, because they simply went over and beyond to help me and work with me!!! It was like it's was a natural thing to do. (Which I believe it should be). I mean I could have been at home the way they made me feel. The place was really nice and clean. They have plenty of seats for those who have to wait or just want to wait. It also smells really nice. To me anyway, it's like a refreshing smell as you walk in and it's pleasant as you are waiting, not over powerful.Not sure what else to say at this time. I may have more to say after my sister calls and they do what's needed.”

“My daughter and I were heading back to TN when we had a major flat. Across from where we had the flat we saw Sweat Tire. I called them and they got us right in and an hour and a half later we had a new tire and we’re back on the road again. The cut was so bad we would not have made it any further. Truly a godsend! “There were a few issues that I was unaware of going in that the people helping me made me aware of, and while I wasn't super happy that there were issues, the whole process was transparent, they showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate for all the work that needed to be done. I would definitely go back and actually have an appointment for next week to finish the necessary repairs. They also got everything they could done in enough time that I was only 5 minutes late for work.”

“I was on my way to a conference in Mobile, on a Friday afternoon, when my car started jumping, shaking, and all the dash lights came on. Luckily, I was in front of this Goodyear, and was able to pull over.It was a situation where they could have gouged me for a LOT, because I was from out of town, I'm a woman, the weekend was imminent, and they probably knew they were basically my only hope at the moment.But a very kind gentleman examined my car, explained EXACTLY what was wrong, gave me a VERY reasonable estimate (for spark plugs and fuel line flush), and told me it would be ready in a couple of hours. WOW!Call it serendipity, call it my guardian angel, call it luck, or whatever... but this could have happened on the side of the road in NOWHERE Alabama on the way home Sunday. But right in front of Goodyear 10 minutes from the hotel!Goodyear guys, I can't thank you enough for your skill, kindness, and "reasonably priced-ness"!”
