“Jared did a fabulous job trying to help get our vehicle situation taken care of. We had originally reserved a rental at the Decatur Hertz, and they oversold their inventory and couldn't guarantee our vehicle would be there in the morning. I had to cancel that reservation and then cross my fingers that Madison would help us. I called, spoke with Jared and he promised he'd have a vehicle for us in the morning. The vehicle that was returned (that we were supposed to have) had been smoked in and was gross, so Jared went to the airport to pick up another vehicle for us. He remembered we had small kids and didn't want us to be in a nasty vehicle. I was thankful for this attention to detail and enough care to do something about it and not take the "easy way" out of the situation. We had to extend the rental an additional day, and he took care of that for us as well.”

“Not enough people working for the amount of customers that were waiting to check in and out. We like the car we rented, it wasn't cleaned though.
When we lowered the seats to put our suitcases in the back, found an old premade salad bowl from a deli with dressing still in the bottom of it. I wonder why the car had a funky lemon smell, I thought it was the cleaner they used; but it was the lemon zing dressing fermented in the bottom of the bowl.
We febrezed the hell out of it and let the windows down for a few hours before we left to get the smell out.”

“I was in and out quickly. I don't remember the gentleman's name who helped me but he was very helpful, informative, and friendly. Plus I was upgraded bc they didn't have the car I reserved. Fast, friendly , professional! Also I left my fanny pack in the car when I returned the car, and I was able to call the next morning and get it back. So I'll also add that they are trustworthy. “Hassle free, checkout was quick and seamless. Car was very clean. Front desk was very helpful and unlike previous reviews I received a receipt first thing the following morning after the returning the vehicle at nearly midnight. Whatever changes were implemented since the bad reviews have been very effective.”
“We had reserved a minivan and they were out of those. Can’t praise Laquaza enough for making sure we got a big vehicle for all of our boys, including our little one with Down Syndrome/Autism who has to have a lot of room.”
