“Amin and his team go above and beyond to take the greatest care of our family. I have never experienced customer service on the level they provide time after time.”

“Fantastic local pharmacy chain that knows your name and gives you the personalized, friendly attention that the big chain drug stores don't. I prefer to shop here over CVS or Walgreen's whenever I can. Also, you can call and get a *human* on the phone!I would give 5/5 ⭐️ if I could find a working Android app to let me manage and get alerts on refills and the like (there may be one for Apple) or get solid text alerts. Even so, I'd give the other guys 2 or 3 ⭐️ by comparison.”

“I have been dealing with the folks at Star Discount Drugs for about 30 years or so in various locations , and about 15 years at their Madison Location . In all that time I have not met a better group of folks to cover my pharmacy needs, with special attention to the Madison location, . I have been using them for about the last 15 years. Professional , yet personable , which is sometimes hard to find in this day and age. . It has always been a pleasure to work with them And I highly recommend them.”

“Afc across the street was a 2.5 hour wait with 3 people in the lobby. These ladies had me signed in, registered, and brought back in 30 minutes or less. Staff are respectful and kind, NP listens to your concerns without interrupting, everyone during my visit was nice and chill. I see the negative reviews from during the active dates of the COVID-19 PHE, and I'm just saying I see none of that here. I received quick and attentive care, and my cost OOP was plainly spelled out on signage, paperwork, and my awareness of my insurance coverage.”

“Update 4/7/18. Another Greta experience! I checked in at the kiosk at 2:57 and was pulling away at 3:03. Woot! I asked the sweet helper, Thrifton, who helped me last time if they could accept tips and he said yes. After all it's sleeting and freezing! So I thanked and tipped him. I told him I always give 5 stars on the survey. He said, with a big grin, that if you mention your loader's name in the survey, the loader get a free steak. So do ask your loader's name and spread the protein love! Thank you walmart pickup!”

“This is not our normal pharmacy but our pharmacy didn't have the Rx we needed. Sarah had it and it was very expensive. She checked the goodRx discount card but it was more than with my insurance. She then called my doctor to see if they would change it from a brand name to a generic. They did and she saved me $97. Over and above the call of duty. I can't say enough about Sarah and the staff and the extraordinary effort they went to to save me money.”

“Good grief, I've been to this store thousands of times and never dropped any stars here! It's a great Publix with friendly faces and all the goodness you expect from a Publix. One of my former coworkers from our department store retail work days works here and is always a joy to see - she has a lovely smile! The only challenge with this location is access/exiting which is easily remedied by entering/exiting at the adjacent neighborhood with traffic signal on the north side of this shopping center. I've purchased from just about all the departments here except the pharmacy. Restrooms are up front by the bakery section and are always clean. This is a conveniently located Publix close to my church, and lots of delicious eateries such as Cork and Crust. Thanks Publix!”

“Great store, CVS across the street dropped the ball and only have one person working there to start. I called to have my prescription transferred to walgreens and they helped me out in a timely fashion. I really appreciate their help and will be going there from now on.”

“Me and my mom ran in to grab a few things and Bob was amazing! He gave us some crackers and dip that were being sampled for the day all while cracking some jokes to us. Then he saw our hands were full so he grabbed us a hand basket to make things easier for us. Made our experience so great!”

“They are working so hard in this pharmacy, but they took some time today to help us figure out our insurance. They saved us money while making us feel heard and cared for. I’m so glad we get all of our prescriptions through them. Because of COVID, they’ve been short-staffed a few times, which means it has taken a little longer to get our prescriptions. However, I’d rather it take a little longer because that means they’re taking the time to make sure there aren’t any mistakes or problems.”

“Honestly, great store, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this said store. I had a great experience with the employees and overall shopping, it may be a tiny bit pricey but they offer amazing food, the Deil is decently fast and gives you exactly what you ordered.”

“Relatively quick drive thru service. About 20-30 minute wait for 2 prescriptions. My prescriptions were heavily scrutinized by yhr pharmacy technician and then again by the pharmacist. Because the prescriptions were from a doctor/establishment "out of town". I would like to point out that these medications are not controlled/narcotic substances and that "out of town" includes Birmingham, AL (which is an hour and a half from this pharmacy). After 15 minutes of waiting in the drive thru, holding up the line (during which I'm sure the pharmacist called the doctor's office and spoke to the prescriber to verify everything was legitimate) the pharmacy technician returned to the window and told me it'd cost about $18 for both medications and it'd be 20-30 minutes before I could pick them up. All things considered, I'd go here again.”

“Good store unless you have to call in - automated menu is poorly designed and I can never get through to a live person. Been on the line for over 30 minutes and every time the phone picks up I get dumped back to hold.”

“Just left and 10000/10. We were rushing to purchase some wound care for an injured horse. I had an impatient toddler who I had to cancel a play date. Both cashiers helped me check out and play with my little while I tried to hustle in and out. They were so kind and lovely. This level of service and kindness so often separates a one time stop to a go to spot. Thank you, thank you beautiful ladies so much.”
