  Poor customer service from Mary we were trying to cash a check and she decided that giving attitude and sending us to our personal bank was the best option

  There is absolutely no reason for this location to be open.. no tellers.. everything has to be done by one atm inside. I’ve been very unhappy since BBVA swapped to PNC… I liked this bank because it was right beside my work… I plan to move banks soon!

  They need to shut this bank down. Biggest inconvenience I’ve ever experienced banking with PNC. There’s no teller just two ATM machines. The one drive up machine doesn’t even work I had to go inside to deposit cash. Bring back customer services!!!!!!!
