“Exceptional Out-of-State Buying Experience!
I recently purchased a Tara EV golf cart from H & M Golf Carts in Alabama, and the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Since I needed the cart shipped all the way up to my home in Delaware, I was initially a bit anxious about the out-of-state logistics. However, my salesman, Mike Boab, completely eliminated any stress and made the process incredibly seamless.
Mike's communication was constant and reassuring throughout the entire transaction. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of customer service from the entire dealership. Anytime I called and someone other than Mike answered the phone, I was either transferred directly to him without a hitch, or my message was accurately taken and my call was returned incredibly fast. You can easily tell that the whole team at H & M is top-notch and truly prioritizes their customers.
When the cart finally arrived at my house, my expectations were far exceeded. Thank you to Mike and the rest of the H & M team for working so closely with me to get the exact golf cart I wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market!”

“I had my windshield replaced. I chose them off the list my insurance co. had, there was really no rhyme or reason. After going thru the ins. co., I called to make my appt. and with Thankgiving the coming week I opted to drop it off after the holiday, so it would be 10 days before I had to bring it in. Their policy is to drop it off 1st thing in the morning and they would keep it all day, giving them time to do it at their convenience. I got a call about 10am (dropped off at 8) and they ordered the wrong windshield, mine had more integrated in it, so they were ordering the right one and it could be there in time to do it that day, which it was. Then I got a call about 2:30, and they got the windshield but there was a chip on it they thought from where it was put when delivered. Hence having to order another one. So after all the rigamarow, they got it done early the next morning and brought to me by 9am the following day and to my surprise, the inside was cleaned and detailed! It didn't smell that good when I bought it. ?”

“I damaged to my 2016 suburban when driving down a back road in Foley, AL. I topped a hill and as I came down, a tree had fallen onto the road. I swerved as best. I could, unfortunately caused a lot of damage to my suburban. But these guys, Caliber Collisions Did a fantastic job on my suburban. Beautiful bodywork, paint matches, excellently, no issues mechanically nor physically. It’s like it never even happened. I highly recommend!!!”

“On Christmas Eve I woke up to a flat. A nail in my Jeep tire. These guys were already booked up and busy, & they happen to be one of a few that have the right equipment for my fuel rims. Christmas Eve, trying to figure out how I was going to get my last minute shopping done. I also had to be in Atmore & Pensacola. First come, first serve, just doing things the right way. Which I completely made sense of.
As I was walking out, trying to figure out what I was going to do next, the gentleman at the desk stopped me & told me to pull around so they could take a quick look. No kidding, they had it fixed in about 5–10 minutes. Without even touching my rim.
They wished me a Merry Christmas, & when I tried to pay or even tip them, they refused. Just good, honest people. That kind of kindness still matters. They don’t understand how they saved my day.”

“Normally, getting car repairs done is a headache, but not with Crash Champions. I will definitely be working with them again in the future if I have a car that needs repair work done. They were kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Jessica is an absolute gem. They dealt with my insurance directly and called me throughout the process to update me on our progress. My only annoyance is that they send out automated update emails that have completely wrong information. I assume this is something that the office can't get rid of or fix because they warned me about it in one of the first update calls, so I just deleted all update emails that came from them.”

“Normally don't ever leave reviews, however this young man, went above and beyond. Went in to just get new wipers for truck, the hook mechanism was a different style then I've seen. Cameron came out, and showed us. Realized the hoses were unattached we hooked back up and boom. Works like a charm, even had him look at my train horns in the bed underneath the tool box. He diagnosed and got the parts ordered. Great young man and will now be buying the rest of my auto parts from here. Keep him around for sure, as a business owner, good help is hard to find. You got it with him....”

“I have to admit, I was unsure what my service experience was going to be at this dealer after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Towing a fifth wheel RV fulltime means finding a trusted mechanic can be tough. I was having problems with the abs system on the truck, lights on the dash and such. Had limited time to get it repaired. Dropped truck off December 23rd for repairs hoping to have it back the same day. Spoke to service tech morning of the 24th and she said they hope to have it done by noon as they close at 12pm for Christmas Eve. Contacted them around 11:30am and the truck was still not ready BUT, the service tech and mechanic were gonna stay after closing to finish the truck! They sent an Uber to pick us up at 1pm and we had our truck back by 1:30. My hat goes off to them for going the extra mile for making good on their promise to have our truck back before Christmas. It's nice to see a dealership really try do do right by it's customers!”
