“Victoria was amazing! I’ve been having issues with a fuel pump, she answered on the first ring, gave me directions to the store, was extremely helpful and had ordered my part for me in less than 5 minutes of getting there. It also ended up being almost a hundred bucks cheaper than another shop that couldn’t fill the order in time. I won’t waste time going to the other places for my next project”

“We always shop at Advance but this time we were stuck needing a belt and no way to get it. Tim very graciously brought the belt to us. That meant the world! We will ALWAYS shop at Advance Auto(Robertsdale). Fyi....my dad was a master mechanic who owned his own parts store (back in the 70's, 80's) but he ALWAYS had one person designated to make deliveries. It was just good customer service and this effort showed Advance cares about their customers!”

“I gotta give props to their diagnostic skills, bro. They've got these crazy high-tech gadgets and software systems that can find issues faster than you can say "rev it up." It was mind-blowing to watch them navigate through complex car systems, solving problems like rock stars and saving precious time.”

“By far the easiest and most determined autoparts store I've ever been in. I usually have what I cal Frankenstein trucks dump trucks and tractors. But the guys here will research the parts needed to find one on a million off the wall parts for anything at all. Gotta say there the only parts place I go to. I don't price ship I don't worry bout getting a cheaper better price anywhere. When you leave this store you leave knowing that you felt welcomed and got the top quality service like used to exist back in the day of mom and pops general stores. Not many places left in America left like this store.”

“I was referred to O’Reilly over several of their competitors and I found out why. While on vacation out of state with my daughter, my battery died. After getting it jumped I headed to O’Reilly to purchase a new battery and hope that they would install it for me.This was the cleanest auto parts store! There were three friendly employees assisting customers. When I was up I was greeted by the manager, Ken! He went out and took a look at my car, came back in and gave me three options. Battery now purchased I asked if there was any chance there was someone there that could install it for me so I could get back to Texas?Ken said “let me take a look and see if I can do it.”So the story ends with Ken changing the battery and me assisting with the process. Ken did a good deed for the day and this girl now knows how to change the battery in my car!Thank you Ken and O’Reilly for your help today. My daughter and I made it back home tonight at 7:00p.m.”

“My AGM battery that I bought two years ago failed on me, NAPA didn't have the same one in stock but could get it but I opted to go with a regular lead acid battery that fit my truck, I didn't have my receipt but they took my word on when I bought it and gave me credit on it. They also installed the new one while I waited and took just a few minutes to do it. Thanks NAPA.”
