“Really enjoyed my stay here. I got a suite for two adults and three children and it was perfect. Great breakfast and great dinners. Really nice pool and hot tub, clean gym, and a decent late night snack place. The location has a cool view of the space and rocket center. Kids loved it. They were doing some minor renovations on the hotel when I stayed but, when I mentioned that I had a baby they went out of there way to get us a room away from any maintenance noise. The staff were very nice and Dylan in particular was super helpful. When I come back to Huntsville I plan on staying here again.”

“We arrived late and there was an issue with booking. They hadn’t confirmed our room with the hotel. We were more than taken care of by the manager Tom. He was able to get us into a room gave kids some cookies and even gave my husband and dad a beer. Was a very pleasant stay in what could have been terrible. The room was clean big enough for all of my family to sleep comfortably and the breakfast the next day was outstanding! Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time. Thank you to the amazing staff!”

“The service was great, and the location was even better. Overall, I had a very good stay.
However, the shower area has a significant leak that leaves a large amount of water on the bathroom floor after each shower. There also appears to be a small leak around the toilet. The sliding door on the toilet side was off track and did not slide properly, and the shower sliding door was a little squeaky. In addition, the small bedside light did not work.
Other than these maintenance issues, I was very satisfied with my stay.”
“Great hotel, service was excellent, great location and overall, the staff is great as well. One concern is that there are two birds residing inside the hotel. One staff member joked that they were permanent guests of the hotel and had been there for quite some time. They weren’t flying around everywhere or anything, but were perched up in the ceiling area. Noticed bird droppings on the railings which had clearly been there for sometime. As I was checking out I noticed a staff member scrubbing the droppings off of the railings on her hands and knees. I felt horrible, shouldn't they just have the birds removed instead of forcing employees to clean up behind them when they don't even belong inside in the first place? Just doesn't seem fair to the staff nor very sanitary. Literally the only complaint I have, everything else was perfect.”

“The staff here is phenomenal. Every position is filled with people who truly enjoy what they do, and it shows. As soon as you walk in Christian greets you at the front counter And makes you feel at home.
I stayed here for two weeks and had the same room attendant most of the time. She cleaned my room every day and paid close attention to every detail. After a long, hard day at work, walking into a fresh, spotless room was one of the best parts of my day. There’s no better feeling.
Her professionalism, consistency, and care made this hotel feel like a true five-star experience. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend staying here.

“Had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express near the U.S. Space & Rocket Center! The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had plenty of great options, and the location was perfect — just minutes from all the attractions. Everything felt modern, clean, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huntsville!”
“Everything was fine. There were a few things the room didn't have such as a microwave, an iron, and ironing board, but everything else was AWESOME! There was GREAT customer service, clean rooms, and a great location as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend.”

“We’ve stayed here two years in a row for the RunningLane Track Championships and have had a great experience both times. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the location is very convenient. The only thing I’d suggest is having housekeeping service available daily. Otherwise, we’ve been very happy with our stays and would definitely return!”

The breakfast was decent too; however, When I got ready to check out, the attendant at the front desk was not happy she had to get up from eating just to give me a receipt. She verbally said she was trying to eat her breakfast. With so many people wishing they had a job, that shouldn't have been a problem.”
“I had a really nice stay at Hotel O Haven Inn Huntsville. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right from check-in. The property felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which was a big plus. The location is also super convenient—places like the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Huntsville Botanical Garden, and Bridge Street Town Centre are all nearby. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay and I’d definitely consider coming back.”

“If I could give them 1 million star rating I would. I had a medical emergency and I needed to stay a couple nights. It was last minute. I was a nervous wreck. I called and spoke to Kim , Not knowing if I should go through a third-party booking or not, I explained my needs all I can tell you is this she took over from there. She made sure that my husband and myself was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. I feel she really went out of her way, not only treating me as a customer but as like a family member the location is awesome. The hotel is awesome but Kim is even more so awesome thank you for helping me in our absolute time in Need. From now on, we will always Use comfort Inn suites. And their pricing is absolutely affordable compared to all these other places their accommodation is better than the all the other five star ratings hotels located near them please look no farther contact Kim directly for your booking. Do not go through a third-party for booking. Call them direct.”
