Richard was my main contact and worked tirelessly with me until we reached an agreement. Scheduling pickup was simple and seamless.
When Richard couldn’t be there at the last minute, he called ahead and introduced me to Jacorius, who assisted with the delivery. Both Richard and Jacorius were fantastic, professional, helpful, and answered all my questions.
Even after I drove off, I reached out to Richard with a few concerns (first-time truck owner), and he immediately addressed them by working with the shop team rather than giving quick answers. That level of honesty and follow-through really stood out.

“Today I had the pleasure of having Ed come to my rescue.
I was stuck in McDonald’s parking lot because my axle had broken.
I was impressed by his knowledge as he was able to tell me what was wrong over the phone by hearing that the car wouldn’t stay in park after I put it in park.
His prices were very reasonable considering he traveled to me & the savings since I didn’t have to pay a tow truck, & I didn’t have to pay a diagnostic test.
