“I cannot recommend this Relax the Back location enough. My husband just purchased his second Lifeform office chair as the first chair seat had started to give out after 6 years of heavy use. Bob is so personable and easy to work with. He even came in earlier then normal store hours for us to pickup the new chair as it worked with my husband's work schedule. He was also so kind to our children who came with us to pick up the new chair as well. Its so hard to find that level of customer service these days.”

(James), mattress expert (Tracy), store manager and even the district manager who happened to be there today. All were very helpful and attentive but we never felt rushed. We ended up being in the store about 3 hours and found some great deals.”

Two stand up desks and one conference table. On my first table we miscommunicated on the height of the table and the fixed it at no charge. These are lifetime works of art. I highly recommend them.”

“If you like how you’re treated at Chick-fil-A, then go to this store for all your outdoor needs. They are not like their competitors, they treat each person as though they could buy the store. I have been to plenty of places that make me feel “less than” and this is NOT one of those places. The location is prime, but the prices do not reflect “being in vestavia”. The men in there will bend over backwards for you, the owner even speaks to you like you’re an old friend. All the guys have been great but a special shout out to Marc and Mike for understanding my needs and answering each one of them!
