On a recent visit, I was shipping a large package for RMA service and initially had difficulty getting the shipping label set up, but the woman at the counter was able to handle it for me without issue! Additionally, I realized that I needed to add information regarding the service request to the box, and they were kind enough to provide me with the supplies I needed!”
“I wanted to give kudos to a young lady working in the store tonight. I stopped by with an Amazon return on my way home from work. The line was long and wrapped around the small store. There was a young lady working the middle terminal. She was shorter with curly hair and glasses. Unfortunately she did not help me, so I was unable to get her name. I was impressed that she spoke to people coming in and let us know they would be with us as soon as they could. I felt she needed recognition, because I have visited here before and those working barely spoke to you or acknowledge you even when you’d get in front of them to do your transaction. It’s the Christmas season and people are often short on patience and rude. I appreciated that that young woman acknowledged customers and made sure they knew she saw them. I very much appreciated it. Especially since I’ve had such horrible service there previously. Hopefully her bosses take notice as well.”

I'm sure they were tired of me waiting or she was I was fumbling and bumbling trying to put the item in the box to ship which she did and place the sticker which she paid for because my attire proved the situation I was in.
