“Going into this UPS store is so easy. The location is convenient and the staff are always friendly. It also smells very nice in there which I always joke with them about asking what type of air freshener they are using. Going in to this UPS store is a very easy and pleasant experience.”

“I like this newly remodeled UPS store on Zelda Rd., as service is continuously moving. And, you are greeted by employees which is a BIG A plus!!! Professionalism is needed for my business ventures & for using my money! One minor thing is more waiting area for customers is needed & should have been extended during remodeling.
Nevertheless, the employees are nice but 1 employee should have a friendlier facial expression .Maybe he'll improve in the future or was having a bad day. Other than that this is my favorite UPS store. Oh, parking can be crowded at times during lunch but not for long. UPS on Zelda Rd, is my favorite. Parcel pick up by 6:00 PK is also great!!!!”

“UPS Acess Point that is located at CVS on Zelda Rd was quick, easy and the best part they don't close until 10 pm. I needed to drop off a package at the last minute ? I googled where I need to go...luckily I leave right down the street. The young lady scanned my package, I got the text from UPS and I was back at home in under 10 minutes.”

“It is the young man working at this FedEx Ship Center that makes this business successful. I can tell he cares about conducting his job properly. Yes I feel that I paid a high price for a four ounce envelope to be delivered to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania overnight. I trust FedEx the most over all of the delivery companies. I dropped off my envelope at 4:45 the evening of Friday the 4th of January and it was delivered to the destination at 9:54 Saturday morning. 15 hours is beyond amazing. I greatly appreciate the effort the young man put into my request. He is an excellent representative for FedEx corporation.
