“The service in person is fine, but for local delivery the shoes packed in the box still had stains on the shoe, so I had to drive to Prattville just to get a pair with no stains. Can’t fully blame the store as a whole, may have been a situation where the store associate did not recognize it, but other than that they have great sales so these Nike Monarchy’s aka Dad shoes are very comfortable, stylish, yes, I said stylish lol and affordable!”

I called to ask about sales, etc on a certain brand and when I arrived to the store, the person at the counter went to locate the person, who I spoke with on the phone, to assist me. I was pleasantly surprised!. The person ended up being Cat, who was so personable, respectful, and helpful while offering me brand recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed!
