“I recently rented a van from Enterprise for a move on base, and the experience was top-notch. I had reserved a standard van online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed by the young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Marshay or something similar) that the van I reserved was unavailable. However, she quickly resolved the situation by upgrading me to a box van at no extra cost. This upgrade worked out perfectly since I ended up needing the extra space.
Her customer service was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s not every day you come across such great service, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and quick solution she provided. Enterprise came through for me, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“We were planning a long distance one-way move for a family member. We reserved a U-Haul 2 weeks in advance and the day before U-Haul changed the pick up location and the size of the truck. We were completely stressed out trying to find a way to get a truck that was the right size for us and nearby. We called Penske and they set us right up. No fuss, no hassle, no changing out the location to pick up the truck, and the rental was $250 less than U-Haul! And all of this was done with only one day notice. When we went to pick up the truck it was ready and waiting for us to check out. We were there less than 10 minutes and were on our way. The people working there were polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. From now on our business goes to Penske.”

“Great customer service!!! It was a busy Saturday and I had issues at another U-Haul location with my reservation , so I had to cancel. I went to this location trying get another reservation for a truck ,but they were full. But lucky for me, Monroe was there to help. She helped me get another reservation at the other location and directed me on how to use the mobile app. I really appreciated her excellent customer service skills. She is really a good representative of U-Haul. If I have to book a reservation again, I will definitely choose this location.”

They were so kind and helped me troubleshoot every “roadblock” that arose. And trust me, there were many over the course of a 2-day move out. “I used this location for a pickup of a Uhaul truck for a long distance move. This is a pet grooming business located in a strip mall near Eastdale mall. But they are also an authorized Uhaul dealer and have trucks for reservation (behind the building). They have a drop box for mobile check in but I preferred to interact with the folks inside (enter at the front of building) . I was able to confirm details and get the keys in less than 5 mins in the early morning. I recommend this location for pickup.”
