There was mold in our shower and the room smelled funny

Ist room we were put in the heater/air conditioner did not work. 2nd room that we stayed in the refrigerator was broken and the toilet was running for who knows how long. The elevator smelled strongly of mildew. The walls had peeling wall paper. I typically love Marriott properties but this one needs major major work.

Wouldn't stay again. Not clean and dated. Toilet ran all night light in bathroom was barely bright enough to see. Bathroom fan sounded like it was trying to fly away and escape. I guess my expectations for a Fairfield property were way off.
