Residence Inn Mobile offers comfortable accommodations, making it an ideal stopover for travelers. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, which often feature full kitchens and ample working space. Many reviews highlight the pleasant decor and quiet atmosphere, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel is conveniently located near highways, providing easy access for those on the road. However, some guests have noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, with reports of unpleasant odors and deteriorating conditions in certain rooms. While many enjoy the complimentary hot breakfast, expectations for cleanliness have not always been met. Positive mentions of staff, particularly a kitchen employee, have contributed to some guests' willingness to return. Overall, Residence Inn Mobile has the potential to provide a pleasant stay, especially for those needing accessible accommodations, but consistency in room conditions and cleanliness is an area that requires attention.
Ashlund was at the front desk when we arrived from 16 hour drive. She was very professional, got us checked in quickly and offered to get us carts to get us to our room for conveniently. The rooms were clean! If you are looking for a reasonable price with a professional staff right off the interstate I highly recommend!

Everyone there are so very nice and helpful. Loved the big suite. Great for children. Everything is close by the hotel.

Stayed there for a golf tournament, 2 players per room. They even opened early so we could grab a bite to eat before we went to the course.
