βBest customer service you will find in mobile. I've been coming to this gas station for 2 years and each time I come in they never fail to put a smile on my face. I am not one to typically write reviews but y'all need to know that this Gas station is not just a gas station but a friendly environment filled with loving employees! I used to come in during my night shift and grab a snack and even at 3am the workers are still so awesome and personal to each customer! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDβ

βVery clean and the staff is super cool, also they have a bunch of souvenir things if you're into that stuff. They have a Wendy's built in the right side and the staff is super chill and the food was made quick, also the bathrooms and showers are clean too.β

βThere is only one Valero in the Mobile Alabama area, it's on St. Steven's Rd in Prichard. It's clean and the attendants are usually presentable and nice.β
βI come here with my husband, good deals on gas & liquor, husband buys cartons of cigarettes. Also sells snack foods like chips, jerky, Hostess, candy. Has a refrigerator with sandwiches, microwaveable meals, etc. you can buy soda here, but itβs a limited selection of Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew Dr Pepper in the 2 liters and 12 packs. Need more diet sodas. There is no shortage of booze, beer, some wine, mixers. Also carries Coast Guard uniforms, some clothing for males. Has hygiene items. Sells ammunition. Yeti Coolers & cups. Has products from Victoriaβs Secret, Bath & Body Works ( lotions, body sprays, hand soap, shower gel). Has some makeup by E.L.F. Sells propane, water, ice. Also sells MWR tickets for popular attractions and tourist destinations. Located next to The Coast Guard base and Arlington Park. Alabama National Guard directly across the street.β

βI only buy gas here. I've never been inside. But the gas is one of the cheapest stations in town. Plenty of pumps. Never had a problem finding an open pump.The bad - Sometimes it can be very difficult to pull out due to all the traffic.β
βI love the staff here ,the biggest problem with this station is that its built on steep hill from the road to the station so be careful to not damage the underside of your vehicle.β

βLove Griffith Shell! They've always been so helpful with my car needs and late night snack/wine/beer runs. The carwash is in bad need of upgrading or shutting down. I actually go out of my way to bring them my business regardless and send my mother there to get the full service they offer so she doesn't have to get out of her car. They'll check your oil and tires for you too. No one does that anymore! Love you guys!β
βGood selection inside the store . In the parking lot there is an awesome seasonal fruit and vegetable stand under a tent during a good deal of Spring and Summer with a large selection of produce. You can get your beer, vapes cigarettes, gas, fruit and vegetables all within the same parking lot.β

βI've made this my go to place for fuel, being as they are the most competitive on the premium (93) grade, though I end up most times getting mid grade. This particular day, about a week ago, I stopped to fill up and as I'm taking pictures of the pump with my total sale on it, the new owner walked out and asked if there was a problem with the pump. I explained I was taking pics for Google reviews and the conversation began. R. J. is his name, he explained to me he had just purchased this location about 4 days before. We continued the conversation inside and I continued to take pics, as he did not mind at all, and he was telling me about all the changes and improvements coming soon, like within the following week! Lucky me to get there just in time to get the before pics (the ones I'm posting with this review)! Many improvements mentioned. I believe this establishment has been purchased by a truly professional person with a great vision for improvement and an eye for much better sales tactics! I was first impressed by him when he showed concern for me at the pump and was ready to address any issue I might have had immediately! That showed me how personable and caring he was as a person. He made time out of his busy day to talk to me and tell and show me all he had planned for the establishment. That alone showed me this was someone who cared about a business and wasn't just in it for the quick bucks! According to him, improvements should be quite visible by now. I'll need to stop in in the morning to top my tank off for a road trip, which, by the way, is not on my route and is kind of out of my way just for fuel, but certainly worth it! I'll never forget what a kind and giving man this is! I'll take new pics of any changes that have occurred and post them ASAP!! Keep up the great vision, R. J.!!β

βWhen I'm out and about, I always gotta stop at Zippy! Gas is always the best price! The owner and Family are awesome people! They do have an older lady who works there that is a stickler on petty... I get a fountain Sprite just about every time I go in. And once in a while I like to add a little bit of flavor (most of the time I add Coke) but from time to time I like the Gator Ice flavor machine... Just a touch on the lever. She talk'n about charging me the whole Icey price for just a little added flavor. I don't know why she made a big deal out of it. They've seen me do it before and know it's just a VERY SMALL amount (no more than $.50 worth). I think she could have been a little nicer about it and compromised by just charging me $.50 for it. The other store I stopped at does it for me... Just say'n that she won't lose her job over something so petty. (I never give bad reviews, I normally just don't review unless it's a petty situation. You wanna be petty, OK! ?)β

βGreat cheicken and fish. Thy have someone cooking most of the day it seems. No dry food sitting under a light. Great taste, probably one of the best tasting places for fried foods at a gas station.The price is also our standing for what you get and the taste. There will be a linch crowd mor than likely.The emplyees and manager were very nice and helpful. Great place for lunch. I would get there early or just after lunch or you may have to wait longer for food to be cooked.β
βOk, so it definitely wasn't going to be my first choice, but when the wife wants a coke a good husband will stop and get her a coke. Small but quaint convenience store that has what you're looking for...as long as it's gas, beer, sodas, and cigarettes ?. Manager was friendly and the place wasn't as sketchy as I first thought.β

βThe new manager Tanya Miller has really been doing an excellent job at turning this store around! I regularly stop here and the store seems so much cleaner,staff is friendlier,brighter and exceptionally quick yet on point with our overall experience and service at this now "fine establishment"! I am really happy with the changes the "higher ups" have made, especially with the morning staff and I hear this same opinion coming from many of my friends that are too you guys customers!
