“I guess I’ve been extra lucky to find an Insurance company that aspires to be the all inclusive insurance service provider. I have State Farm, Allison Horner’s Agency. Everyone there is very nice and helpful, but there’s that extra mile that separates a good team from an outstanding one. I wish I could mention everyone by name and also the extra time given, the honest assessment of needs and this one time Ms. Lydia researched Dept. of Revenue information to help me with a side issue I had with a salvage title. All that with coffee and candy at the door.”

“I recently graduated college and had a lot of worries as I entered the real world. My parents never really taught me how insurance or any part of growing up worked. In a last resort effort, I called State Farm. I should’ve called them first! A young associate named Lance greeted me warmly and was able to answer all of my questions. He was able to explain to me different coverages and how I could benefit from them. He honestly filled in all of the gaps I had in my knowledge about insurance and made me feel comfortable moving forward. Thank you State Farm and thank you Lance for such a pleasant experience!”

“Both Andrew and Annie at the Dawes/ Cottage Hill office were very helpful to me. I was getting quotes on my fire and wind/hale coverage for my rental property due to continually increasing premiums by my current carrier who I have been insured with over 40 years. Annie saved me over $2000 in annual premiums. Now I have an agent I can speak with without going through a lot of hassle just to get someone on the phone. She gave me comparative quotes and was very understanding of my situation and there was no pressure to move my coverage. Also, most importantly, my sister had a serious automobile accident late last Friday afternoon. She has State Farm automobile insurance. She was not at fault. In a panic mode I called Annie and she was kind enough to give me all of my sister’s insurance information and the customer service number for the other carrier. Seriously considering moving my primary residence coverage and automobile insurance for multiple vehicles to State Farm.”
