I was getting quotes on my fire and wind/hale coverage for my rental property due to continually increasing premiums by my current carrier who I have been insured with over 40 years.
Annie saved me over $2000 in annual premiums. Now I have an agent I can speak with without going through a lot of hassle just to get someone on the phone. She gave me comparative quotes and was very understanding of my situation and there was no pressure to move my coverage.
Also, most importantly, my sister had a serious automobile accident late last Friday afternoon. She has State Farm automobile insurance. She was not at fault.
In a panic mode I called Annie and she was kind enough to give me all of my sister’s insurance information and the customer service number for the other carrier.
