“My grandson found a special keepsake watch of his dad’s and it needed a battery. I had tried a couple places in the mall and they said they didn’t do that. I went to Kay Jewelers in the mall and they were more than happy to help me. They did it and the money went for a donation to St. Jude’s. Sami was so kind and helpful! it was such a refreshing experience in this world today! Thanks so much! Shelly Fischer”

“I was informed about this place from a friend that works at autozone. We were talking about jewelry repairs, and I was telling him that their weren't any jewelry repair shops close by in Lucedale. He informed me of Talbots and said that this is go to place! I came in and met Ms Debra and she has helped me with all of my needs for jewelry repair. So far they have done very good quality work for me in my repairs. I recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again for being my go to repair place!!”

“I came across Zundel’s Jewelry while searching for a reputable and considerate jeweler in the Mobile area.I was shopping for a Bridal set as well as a loose diamond with specific considerations.I went with my notepad and met with a sales rep named Keath. Mr. Keath went above and beyond.Mr. Keath simply asked “What can we do for you?Instead of throwing all of the “sales” in my face to try and coerce me to buy a ring that day, Keath took the time to find the right diamond and band set and make something that my now fiancée absolutely adores.Keath, and the whole Zundel’s team, thank you very much for your professionalism and fair pricing. You have gained a return customer.”

“I took in a two wedding bands. One belonged to my grandmother (it is actually her ring and my grandfather's ring combined into one after his passing) and the other is my father's (their son.) I had a vision of how I wanted to combine the rings into one so that I could wear it. The kind people at Hayes listened to what I wanted, we talked it through, and they made it happen to perfection! I could not be happier with the piece of family history I can now proudly wear and bring a piece of my grandparents and parents love. Its like having them with me everywhere I go. The price was fair and the work was completed well before the requested time. Thank you all for making my heart smile!”

It’s hard to find a trustworthy jeweler in Mobile, Alabama that truly understands luxury watch repair, Rolex servicing, and high-end timepieces, but these guys absolutely delivered. The customer service was honest and straightforward, the turnaround time was great, and my Rolex now looks and runs like new again. If you need Rolex repair, watch battery replacement, jewelry repair, watch sizing, or luxury watch servicing in Mobile, I highly recommend John George Jewelers. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their craftsmanship. Definitely one of the best local jewelry and watch repair shops in the Mobile area.”
