“Read first before stepping foot
I walked into Cash America Pawn to sell a tool and leave with some extra cash.
Somehow Zach convinced me that was a terrible plan.
Thirty minutes later, I had pawned my tool, bought a random collectible, and was getting directions to Play and Talk because “if you like that, wait until you see what they’ve got over there.”
At this point, I’m convinced Zach doesn’t sell things—he just unlocks side quests.
Every time I come in, he’s professional, fair, and somehow manages to talk me into something I didn’t know I needed. I go in with a plan and leave wondering how my entire afternoon got rerouted.
I’m pretty sure if Zach worked at a gym, he’d convince me to buy a treadmill. If he worked at a pet store, I’d leave with a llama.
Great customer service, great attitude, and always makes the visit entertaining. Somebody give this man a raise—or at least stop letting him recommend things to me before my wallet files a complaint.
