“My sweetheart went in the store with the intention to purchase a couple of shirts for suits he’d recently purchased and there was a young man asked if we needed assistance with anything… we said what we needed and he got some options together so quickly including shoes to match and we bought everything he placed together for the suits!

“I had what I assume might be a unique or unusual situation, with an out of town event that would require keeping the tux for nearly a week even though I only needed it for one night. I had even considered buying instead of renting since I assumed keeping it for so long would be nearly the price of just buying. But I was blown away by the professionalism and willingness to help me out. I didn’t need my tux for a few weeks when I went to get fitted, but my fitting was in the middle of a super busy prom season day. However my wife and I were greeted immediately even while they were juggling and fitting other people. As we waited, the staff checked in with us periodically and gave us things to consider, so by the time it was my turn to be fitted I already had a good idea of what I wanted. When I picked up the tux everything fit perfectly. We had an amazing event and I got plenty of compliments for the tux. I will absolutely be a returning customer next time I need to look my best.”

“I placed an order for pick up at the cordova mall location (very first time purchasing from old navy). The order was for the dynamic fleece cargo joggers that I've been waiting to go down in price. A few hours after I placed the order, I received an email stating my order had been canceled due to my transaction being flagged as fraudulent. I called customer service and they could not explain why it was flagged. I was told I would have to place the order again or have them ship me my product for another charge of $36. Meanwhile, I have to wait on the original $36 to fall out of my account. Very disappointing! The one star is for the manager George for making sure I would be able to come in the store to make my purchase. Thanks George!”
