“I had such a great experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. The staff took me over to have my feet scanned and then went straight to the back to grab several different types of shoes for me to try.
I’m incredibly grateful for how knowledgeable, helpful, and patient everyone was throughout the entire process. I also had my 1-year-old with me, and they were so kind and understanding with both of us while I took my time finding the right pair of shoes.
The customer service truly stood out, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I can’t recommend this store enough!”
“So far so good the guy who owns this shoe store is really Kool I wanted a pair of Topos ( shoe brand ) he kept his word and called me when he got them back in I brought another style of topos a week previously he let me return them and was able to get the ones I really wanted also brought a kool running hat the store is small but it has a big store feel he really knows his business and I really appreciate that I will return for sure if u are looking for a local and personal experience shopping for running apparel then this is worth a try u won't be disappointed 🤸🏃🫶”

“I go here often to shop for the whole family!! My husband, 2 sons and myself. Actually my 2 year got a pair of all white Nike's just this weekend, The staff is always friendly! The young lady from Saturday tried her hardest to get them shoes on my little boy!! It was so funny! I hope they stick around. Its nice to have a quality store in the neighborhood. My son loved his shoes & kept saying "look mommy" & "look daddy"!!!”

“It's been a while since i've been to Bel-Air Mall. On Sunday 05/16/2021 I went to Champs to get some shoes for my son. The store didn't have his size so, I had the option to order them from within the store. The young man that helped me, was so professional, kind, and patient. I did not expect this at all. Also, I called the store today 05/21/2021 to check upon my order because my order had not been shipped out yet. And I wanted to contact the store directly. The young woman that assisted me over the phone went above and beyond. She was so patient, kind, and professional as well as courteous. I would most definitely shop there again. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. And my order is being shipped OUT TODAY..YAAAAY! GOT THE CONFIRMATION! You rarely find this type of customer service these days. Again, it's highly appreciated...THANK YOU! Hope the employees get a bonus...forreal!”
