“Part of my charging cord broke off in my port, so I took it to Cell Max for help. I met the store rep at the door as he was coming to work. I asked if I should wait outside for him to get set up but he welcomed me in with a smile. I told him I would wait until he was ready to help me but again he said I am ready with a smile. I explained my issue, he immediately saw the problem, and fixed it. Granted it took him little time to resolve my issue but this resolved a huge issue for me. The generosity of his spirit, and seemingly joy for life, his willingness to help others has won him another customer. I gladly recommend going to this store for your phone repairs.”

“I visited the store because my newly constructed house was not yet entered in AT&T's national database, which is why the sales agents over the phone considered that fiber was unavailable there. Actually fiber was available, but my address was not entered! A friend in that subdivision had a similar denial experience and someone at this store resolved her problem. She advised me go there and I did. David at the store immediately realized the problem and called the national database to add my address. Problem solved!! It took him only about 30 min to solve what had cost me nearly 3 hrs on the phone without any success.”

“I go into the store on Springhill, the service is Always very friendly. They even let me leave advertisements on their community board/table. I have a prepaid phone that I paid 40 bucks plus tax for, a Samsung flip open type phone and got 200 minutes and I pay 10 bucks for 100 minutes whenever I need it after the initial purchase. But i don't use the phone hardly ever. So that's enough for me. If u use the phone other than for emergencies best to get the month to month for about 40 bucks a month, unlimited calling. Plus they have home phone service plan, which is what i am about to get now and the cell phone i got will be used even less.”
