“One thing about T-Mobile is their customer service has always been top of the line for me and my family we have never had any problems really and when I went in today February 18th 2025 immediately the workers are friendly and super helpful and they got me squared away within minutes they will take care of all your needs as fast as possible while still maintaining hi customer satisfaction one person in particular I believe is an assistant store manager named Ami and she really killed it because when I came in and I needed some assistance she jumped to the gun and during the calls with their customer support she was very intelligent about everything about T-Mobile and was very helpful and kept me informed by translating exactly what each term meant and making sure I was comfortable and knew exactly how things were moving the customer support that they had to call was really good put the way that they treat you in the store is better than a lot of other carriers that I have ever seen 500 out of 10 what always recommends”

“After suffering a pretty significant crack to my phone, I called 5 different repair shops in the area and most I had to call 3-4 times before reaching someone. Not only was Ming’s 1 of 2 places that picked up the first time I called, they also had the best prices.
Once I arrived at his shop and he saw the damage, he took the time to explain the risks involved in repairing a phone in the condition mine was in. He could have easily taken my phone, fixed it, and taken my money but instead informed me of my options which led to me deciding to buy a new phone. Ultimately, I did not conduct business with Ming’s but that was due to them looking out for my best interest instead of just trying to make a buck. Highly recommend and will use in the future if an issue ever arises again”

“AMAZING!! The selection at this location was absolutely fantastic I am already a huge play and talk fan especially the Gulfport location and this one may have taken the cake. Somehow they put twice as much good merchandise in a store half the size of the Gulfport location, the choice of video games here was fantastic with everything from Dreamcast to PS5. They even had the newest releases which I was so excited to see as I was hoping to pick up a copy of Metaphor. Overall just know this is the spot to go for classic and modern games and just an amazing location to go for all your favorite game and anime needs.”

“I visited the store because my newly constructed house was not yet entered in AT&T's national database, which is why the sales agents over the phone considered that fiber was unavailable there. Actually fiber was available, but my address was not entered! A friend in that subdivision had a similar denial experience and someone at this store resolved her problem. She advised me go there and I did. David at the store immediately realized the problem and called the national database to add my address. Problem solved!! It took him only about 30 min to solve what had cost me nearly 3 hrs on the phone without any success.”

“I go into the store on Springhill, the service is Always very friendly. They even let me leave advertisements on their community board/table. I have a prepaid phone that I paid 40 bucks plus tax for, a Samsung flip open type phone and got 200 minutes and I pay 10 bucks for 100 minutes whenever I need it after the initial purchase. But i don't use the phone hardly ever. So that's enough for me. If u use the phone other than for emergencies best to get the month to month for about 40 bucks a month, unlimited calling. Plus they have home phone service plan, which is what i am about to get now and the cell phone i got will be used even less.”
