“After not being able to get what we needed in the Mobile store, we came to the Semmes location and were taken care of with no waiting or hassles. Pam was beyond helpful and took care of all our needs. She didn't push all the extras and even took the time to get the new phone set up and go over tips and tricks. It was refreshing to actually find caring customer service. Pam is a true gem.”

“Alex was awesome. He greeted me as I walking the store. He listened to my situation and problem. He offered me some different solutions. After choosing which direction to go he helped all the way to the end. He sold me a phone(that I love) and a case with a screen protector. Then he actually helped me by putting it on for me. That dude was awesome!!!”
