Regions Bank provides very good service with very nice and helpful people. The branch is not crowded, with customers waited on almost immediately. Staff are terrific, staying after hours to assist with issues and answer all questions. Experiences can be mixed due to staffing, but the service is great, fixing issues in almost no time. Many would recommend using this branch.

Branch Manager Katie Smith is terrific. She stayed after hours to assist me in opening a new account. Despite the bank just having closed, she took the time to answer all my questions. Can't say enough great things about Katie.

The bank was not crowded. We were waited on almost immediately after we came. The gentleman invited his cubical. He fixed the issue and we were on our way in almost no time. Great service.
