“I've been shopping at Pic'n Sav in Montevallo for a couple of years now, but in the last six months, my visits have increased. You can't find a place that has better prices, better meat, or better people.
After countless encounters with helpful employees on the floor, special cuts of meat, and even conversations with members of management, I can say that this is it: this is the example of customer service, quality, and hometown dependability that all grocery store should strive to be.
I encourage anyone who reads these reviews that if you see negative posts from days past, they're wrong, or they're personally biased. For someone who shops nearly daily at this store now, for the little things, the weekly trips, and the evening snack attacks... this is what it means to go somewhere where the employees care about you and your family, and wants to meet your expectations through and through.”
