She was very friendly, answered all our questions,and was not pushy at the lease. Before our visit was over we had purchased 3 rooms of furniture and made a new friend. “I recently moved to a bigger home, and had a need for a lot of furniture. I also needed decorative items like lamps art etc. Charles Parker worked closely with my decorator and I, and I'm very pleased with the finished product! He tried to make sure I was aware of any deals on items that matched what I was looking for, he was very helpful in the store, and he also ordered items that I wanted that he did not have in stock. When one of my items was damaged and not working properly, he promptly replaced it! He is very easy to work with, and really cares about your space looking great. There were some things we looked at that he didn't think would look good with my space, so he wasn't just selling me anything and everything that he could. An honest guy!
He also helped us furnish my home after a major renovation in 2021, and I was very pleased then as well! Highly recommend this business!”

Long story short, I had pre-ordered furniture from another place, received email confirmation it arrived, and when I got to the store had items missing. He was easy going, very patient and took time to show us all options. It was easy for us to select the ones we needed. We also interacted with Darlene, the leasing manager. She was awesome and very professional. Delivery was done in a timely manner. The whole process from buying to delivery was very smooth and the credit goes to the outstanding crew at Keyser. He worked with me and helped me throughout the entire process and offered his honest opinions instead of just trying to make a sale. His team also delivered and set up my living and bedroom items. My box springs were put in upside down, but I called, and a team member came right out 10 mins after and fixed them. No rudeness and very professional.
