“Saturday, February the 14th, Valentines day at Rooms To Go, turned out to be a most beautiful experience. My wife and I went in to look at some furniture, we were greeted by a great sales associate named Judy, who just made our day. She was very friendly, answered all our questions, and was not pushy at the lease. Before our visit was over we had purchased 3 rooms of furniture and made a new friend. You can meet Judy at the Eastchase location Mongomery Alabama and experience this wonderful, genuine lady for yourself.”
“Vanessa was incredible! I walked in knowing what I wanted and she greeted me right away and assured me that she could get me a deal. In just 40 minutes, my purchase was complete! She came through for me! Everybody I encountered in this store was kind, polite, professional… best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had!”
“Always exceptional service, the best made furniture with an abundance of options! We purchased a beautiful sectional and the famous king size bedroom set last year. We knew there was no where else to go this year for our son's room! The American Oak and More family makes it worth the hour drive every time!”
“Mr. Lance was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
He helped me find the perfect king size mattress set and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions.
I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a mattress!”
“Love them! I’ve bought a few pieces of furniture and I’ve always had a great experience. Special thanks to Alaiia for always being so sweet and helpful.”
“Vernita and Giovana were phenomenal to work with in helping me decorate my living room! They are both so friendly and fun to work with! They were knowledgeable about their products and offerings. I also appreciated that they listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything on me that I wasn’t interested in. I highly recommend their help in making decisions for your home!”
“Yesterday, I had the most amazing experience ever with Mr. Mattress on Atlanta Highway. Emmit was prompt, courteous, and professional. Pete was extraordinary and delivered my purchase immediately!!!! It is by far, the BEST customer service I have EVER had in Montgomery! 5 stars are not enough. They deserve 100!”
“Bishop Parker Warehouse is a lovely place to choose all the elements of a new or refreshed room in your home. Mr. Parker was enormously patient and helpful in guiding me toward selecting both color and scale. This finished room is so comfortable.”
“I flew in from out of state to decorate/furnish a house. Long story short, I had pre-ordered furniture from another place, received email confirmation it arrived, and when I got to the store had items missing. I arrived here early and waited for the store to open. The manager, Hilmi, showed to work early and opened the doors for me. I explained my crisis and he was able to deliver to me same day. The customer service here has been the best I have ever experienced at any furniture place. Thank you Hilmi! You’re exceptional.”
“I recently upgraded my bed from a queen to a king and from a standard mattress to an adjustable Sleep number. I am very pleased with my bed and the service.
Kahl, Chris and Elizabeth are a wonderful team!”

“The manager, Reginald James made me feel welcomed. I had to do a warranty exchange and he explained the entire process. He made the process less evasive and I appreciated his willingness to assist. He made the entire buying experience enjoyable.”
