They were so kind and helped me troubleshoot every “roadblock” that arose. And trust me, there were many over the course of a 2-day move out. “I give this location a 10/10 for their services. At first, I was confused when I approached the business to pick up the U-Haul, but once I went inside and spoke to the owner, I knew I was in the right place. The owner is very professional and she was even nice regarding letting me keep the U-Haul a few more days due to the weather. I have already been telling locals located in Montgomery about this business so, if you're ever in Montgomery, AL, and you need a U-Haul please stop by or contact this business regarding renting a U-Haul.”

“I used this location for a pickup of a Uhaul truck for a long distance move. This is a pet grooming business located in a strip mall near Eastdale mall. But they are also an authorized Uhaul dealer and have trucks for reservation (behind the building). They have a drop box for mobile check in but I preferred to interact with the folks inside (enter at the front of building) . I was able to confirm details and get the keys in less than 5 mins in the early morning. I recommend this location for pickup.”
