“Chase was absolutely amazing! He answered all of my questions and was super patient with my elderly mother. She needed a new phone and he found the perfect one and taught her how to use it. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the Eastchase store location. (And he was running the store all by himself) I have recommended him and his store to all of my friends.”

“I had some issues with my phone that T-Mobile messed up. I had been otp with a T-Mobile Rep for weeks to get nothing resolved. I switched my device to AT&T and Mike resolved my issue within minutes. It was a difficult situation but he went over and beyond to fix the issue. He called the T-Mobile representative trying to resolved the issue and they were not any help. Mike was very patient and hospitable. The t-mobile reps over the phone and in the stores need to take customer service classes and training on how to do their job.”
