“I had some issues with my phone that T-Mobile messed up. I had been otp with a T-Mobile Rep for weeks to get nothing resolved. I switched my device to AT&T and Mike resolved my issue within minutes. It was a difficult situation but he went over and beyond to fix the issue. He called the T-Mobile representative trying to resolved the issue and they were not any help. Mike was very patient and hospitable. The t-mobile reps over the phone and in the stores need to take customer service classes and training on how to do their job.”

“Called because I cracked my screen and needed it fixed ASAP. They answered quickly and politely and stated they could repair my screen in 30 minutes.
