“BRENT BRENT BRENT is the man! Long story short- I have been having issues with my Apple Watch dropping its cellular plan and have no luck getting it connected back. It’s been 6 months of back and forth between stores and tech support having 0 luck with resolving the issue. I came to the Eastern to fix the issue no matter what it took. Brent was dedicated to providing top-notch service and support (over two and half hours before we resolved it) He took the time to fix my problems and I left with it finally resolved! Cellular Sales should be grateful for someone like Brent! He is an excellent customer service representative!”

“Today I was minding my own business, and I was prompted by the Lord to go to Boost Mobile on Ann Street because the iPhones I purchased at Verizon Wireless a year ago were going bad and I was looking to mitigate my bills and lo and behold I met a wonderful customer service representative named AJ who allowed me to trade in our two iPhone 14 Pros for two iPhone 16e’s!!! I saved approximately $150 dollars that I paid on my Verizon bill!!! In other words, instead of paying $316 a month, I’ll be spending approximately $128!!! Additionally, I traded in my tablet for $20 and we OWN our devices and now ALL IS WELL!!!!”

“Called because I cracked my screen and needed it fixed ASAP. They answered quickly and politely and stated they could repair my screen in 30 minutes. Once I got there, the guy was able to replace my screen and place a screen protector on my new screen for me, all under 10 minutes. Excellent staff, great customer service, and quality work !!”
