“Michael was amazing!
He opened the door and welcomed me as I walked up!
I was surprised, because that is not a normal occurrence these days in retail sales stores!
I explained that I my cell phone was not responding to my touch to make calls! He asked for my phone and resolved that matter.
He noted that my account was with T-Mobile, not AT&T!
As a result he sold me on switching my cell phone, home land-line, and internet services to AT&T!
I purchased a new iPhone to convert my land-line to a cell phone along with a protective cover, and added a charging cord.
Michael explained services and costs very clearly. He stated for me to look for the new box for the phone and internet to arrive at my home for him to install.
That was customer service at its BEST!?✌?

“Today I was minding my own business, and I was prompted by the Lord to go to Boost Mobile on Ann Street because the iPhones I purchased at Verizon Wireless a year ago were going bad and I was looking to mitigate my bills and lo and behold I met a wonderful customer service representative named AJ who allowed me to trade in our two iPhone 14 Pros for two iPhone 16e’s!!! I saved approximately $150 dollars that I paid on my Verizon bill!!! In other words, instead of paying $316 a month, I’ll be spending approximately $128!!! Additionally, I traded in my tablet for $20 and we OWN our devices and now ALL IS WELL!!!!”

“Called because I cracked my screen and needed it fixed ASAP. They answered quickly and politely and stated they could repair my screen in 30 minutes.
