“Mr. Earnest Jackson is the absolute best at customer service and helping find what you need. He will make sure you are hooked up and understand everything you need to know. As long as he is there I will never go anywhere else.”

“Terrance was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to understand the new phone process. He was great with the other customers while I was there as well. I had to leave and come back and I felt very comfortable leaving my old phone and new phone with him while it transferred. Definitely recommend this location in Wetumpka because I have been to several not so good VeriZon stores.”
