It was a great store but had a bad experience at the perfume and cologne area. The lady started helping us and then left us to help someone else and never came back. Felt like I was discriminated against. Sorry to say this but this was the way I was treated.

Enjoy my experience at JCPenney’s went looking for shoes for my daughter. Found avery nice pair. Prices are good. They had multiple sizes colors overall good experience.
