“Destiny was a life safer today! My 4year old daughter goes to the swim class academy right down the road from this Carter's in Montgomery and for some reason we did not have the top to her two-piece bathing suit in the bag! My kid cannot swim in just bottoms. With 10 minutes before her class I called Carter's and was greeted with a smile over the phone Destiny and she looked at what they had in stock and picked out the cutest 4T One piece bathing suit and had it ready at the front for me to swing by purchase pickup and take to my 4 year old a few shops over. Because of Destiny, my daughter was only 3 minutes late to her swim class versus having to miss it completely! Bonus - my daughter LOVES the cute pink one piece with flowers all over it!

“I loved the customer service I received from Ann today in the shoe department! I am a first-time mama expecting my second child soon, so I was kind of clueless about this walking/shoe thing, especially because my daughter's feet are relatively small. Ann took the time to greet us, assess our needs, point us to the right first walking shoe, sized my baby's feet, and gave me tips/things to be aware of when selecting and purchasing kids' shoes. Bonus: She was great with my child, who isn't very comfortable with strangers and new environments. Thank you, Ann!”
